The project encompassed the design and construction of an “A class” office center along the riverbank, featuring 2 underground parking levels and 5 above ground floors for office spaces. The building, situated in the historic part of the city, boasts a facade and roof that seamlessly blend modern functionality with traditional architectural elements, preserving the area’s heritage.
