The project involved both the reconstruction of the existing complex and the construction of a new annex building. It was a conversion of a factory into a business center. The scope of work encompassed all finishing, electro-mechanical works in the rental areas of the two blocks, as well as comprehensive construction activities within the new building. This project showcased expertise in revitalizing existing structures and integrating them with new construction elements to create a cohesive and functional space.
